JUNIOR PROGRAMS MAKE-UP TIME

*The amount of make-up time will be determined by coaches and scheduled according to availability.

*No-show includes time lost due to vacation, school events, sickness, family events etc...

*Rescheduling is not available within a 24-hour period before a lesson is scheduled. 

*Lessons will be rescheduled according to availability.

*Students on Monthly training plans with a set schedule are limited to rescheduling twice per month.

*For students on monthly training packages a No-show includes time lost due to vacation, school events, sickness, or family events if rescheduling was not available and approved.

*Honored Holidays: Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.

The Student, or parent/legal guardian, has consented to his/her/child's participation in tennis lessons and camps, and has agreed individually and/or on behalf of the child, to waive and release of liability, Infinity Tennis Academy, from injury, sickness, or accident. 

 I hereby consent to the use by Infinity Tennis Academy, of my image or video, for training purposes. Some content may be used for marketing purposes. 

 *Students won't be allowed to participate on group/private lessons until fees have been paid

 *Time(s) for lessons won't be reserved until payment has been completed

 *Credits are only valid for 60 days.
